Pastie Sales for Fundraisers

Over the last three years, we have had at least 3 pastie sales a year as fundraisers. For the most part, they started out being for raising money to do mission trips outside of our community. We have sent teams to Philippines, Honduras, and across our Nation.
Coming up in early September we are sending a team of 2 to Seattle, WA. They have some designated sites Father is asking them to Prayer Walk. Before they return, a team of 3 is headed to Sun Valley, AZ (Phoenix) to help a team build a hydroponic garden at the Navajo school on the reservation.
All our pasties are hand made with love, and locally fresh when available. We have two sales coming up July 10 and August 21, that will round out summer then we will post the fall schedule.
We always have Beef w/gravy and Chicken w/gravy available. They are $8.00 ea. Made with Potato, Carrot, Onion, Celery, Rutabaga, and 1/4 cup meat in every pocket of yummy. Most of the time we have a desert available too. July 10, it will be a cherry cheesecake pastie, and August 21, it will be a blueberry cheesecake pastie.
Several of our locals are repeat customers and have just submitted a standing order. You can feel free to do that and you will be notified, and never miss a chance to order.
We are expecting to do monthly sales, but not at the same time as our local VFW. We feel it would not honor them to schedule on the same day, although some of our bake sales, pre-order days, may land on days they have them available.
Some of our past favorite sales have included:
-Pulled Pork in a Hawaiian Roll Pastie, baked beans and coleslaw sides, and smoked peach cobbler
- Breakfast Pastie with sausage gravy
-Pizza Pasties
-Turkey, stuffing, mashed potato, squash Pastie, green bean casserole and cranberry side, with pumpkin pie cheesecake pasties
-Smoked Beef, mozzarella cheese, onion, pepper Pastie with mushroom beef gravy
